3. Honest and Clear Listings

   Business owners/service providers must provide accurate information about their services or products Do not misrepresent pricing, availability, or qualifications Use your profile to build trust. Complete it clearly and upload real photos of your work if possible

4. Outside Activities and Payments

   All payments and engagements between business owners/service providers and clients happen independently VendPost does not offer in app payments or booking tools You may use any payment method agreed upon by both parties such as cash, transfer, or POS However, VendPost is not responsible for any outcomes, losses, misunderstandings, or damages that occur before, during, or after your transactions outside the platform

5. Stay Safe and Be Smart

   Always review business owner/service provider ratings, testimonials, and portfolios before booking Meet in public places if necessary and let someone know where you're going Do not share sensitive information like passwords, bank details, or ID numbers Trust your instincts. If something feels off, report it

6. No Spam, Scams, or Fraud

   Do not post misleading listings, fake reviews, or fraudulent content Scams of any kind will result in immediate removal and potential legal action Avoid sending unsolicited links or repetitive messages to other users

7. Age and Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old to use VendPost Anyone found impersonating another person or using a fake identity will be removed

8. Reporting and Enforcement

   We rely on our community to help maintain a safe space Report inappropriate behavior, suspicious listings, or policy violations

VendPost reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that break these rules
